电器箱 箱体的外形设计采用条纹设计，加强了电器箱的散热功能，提高镇流器、触发器、电容的抗老化能力，延长使用寿命。电器箱与电源底板采用一体化接插式，具有安装方便、维修快捷、省时省力等显著特点。安装时只需打开电器箱侧门，拉出电源底板，将电器部分安装于底板中间，完成电源接线后，将电源底板整体插入电器箱，然后盖上侧门拧紧旋钮，电器箱便安装完成。灯体采用高强度、高纯度的铝板旋压成型，净化处理后，整体（电器箱与灯体）外形一次性静电喷塑处 理，增加灯具整体的防腐蚀能力。反射器采用高纯度铝板一次旋压成型，反射面经过真空高温镀膜，

具有耐高温不破碎、重量轻、抗冲击、机械性能好的突出优点。反射器采用六角棱形面特殊角度设计，达到互相折射原理，提高了灯泡在反射器内空间的高效定向，达到光的综合利用，使反射率达到85%以上；另一方面利用高温镀膜反射器的全反射原理使其反射率比常规铝罩提高一倍，增加灯光的有效光和散热速度，延长灯泡的使用寿命。灯具设计成密封式，使 用5mm工业钢化玻璃（透光性好，不易破碎），硅胶密封圈（耐高温、不变形、不老化），和不锈钢弹性搭扣固定联结（安装、维修开启方便、牢固可靠）。

灯头可调式，灯头调节幅度为上下30mm，可根据安装的实际高度调节合适的反光板照度。体灯具高效节能灯具采用电器箱和灯体二合一分体总装，电器箱下部采用M70×2螺圈，将电器箱和灯体放平旋紧完成灯具的整体安装。

适用范围：适用于工业厂房、物流仓库、车站、文体场馆、商场等高大空间照明，13～30米的超高大空间效果更佳。

Design feature：

The electric appliance box uses a high strength aluminum alloy die-casting molding and stripe design to enhance heat

dissipation function .The electrical boxes and power backplane is used by patch-type,the power backplane can be

drawn when installation.

The electrical parts will be installed in the bottom center of backplane. After the completion of the power wiring,the

power backplane will be inserted in the electric appliance box,and then close the door and tighten the knob.The installation of the electric appliance box will be completed.

The reflector uses the hexagonal lozenge surface special angle design to achieve mutual refraction theory and enable the reflection rate to achieve above 85%.

It is adjustable lamp holder design and the adjustment scope is about 30mm.
