采用国际最优质的SPCD冷扎钢材冲压，一次成型，与传统铝合金产品生产工艺相比，整个灯体的厚度更均匀，外观一致性好，表面无毛刺，棱角分明、线条优美。机械强度是铝合金的4.5倍，抗压300KG，螺纹承拉350KG，解决了铝合金电器箱的机械强度不足、抗压、抗冲击性差、易破碎等缺点。采用钠米防腐阴极电泳涂漆技术，整个灯体浸泡在电泳溶液中，全封闭、绝氧操作，漆膜附着力强漆膜均匀，工艺先进，技术含量高。漆膜耐腐蚀比静电喷涂（传统灯具喷粉工艺）高2倍以上，涂层耐盐腐试验能达到1000小时，适用于各种工作环境，是高腐蚀性工作环境的理想选择，是国家提倡的新型环保涂料。在相同的工作环境下，本产品的电器箱温度比铝合金电器箱低5度以下，加长了电器的使用寿命，产能高、速度快、价格便宜。反光罩的效率可达78.9%。可采用挂钩、吊杆、吊链等不同安装方式。
